Movie Review (Beetlejuice):

This has always been one of my favorite movies growing up, to this day I still love it. This is the type of movie that when you say Beetlejuice everyone will yell out "I love that movie!", it's such a classic that everyone has seen it. It's like Drop Dead Fred everyone has seen that and if you haven't then you're totally living under a rock. Beetlejuice is about a married couple Adam and Barbara Maitland (Alec Baldwin, Geena Davis) taking a vacation at home when they decide to go to Adam's store and they end up getting into a little fix. Car crash. They didn't survive the crash but they don't know that so they walk back to their house. Hmmm I wonder how far that was cause their house wasn't that close to the store if they had to drive there. I always wondered about that. Once they got home they realize they died in the car crash cause they can't see their reflection in the mirror. Shocker! A ghost can't see their reflection, who would of thought!?
Later on a family from New York move into their house and that doesn't make the new ghosts happy so they try to figure out a way to get them out of their house but it doesn't work cause the living can't see the dead. Duh! They meet their case worker Juno and talk about contacting Beetlejuice and Juno tells them not to cause every time he tries to get rid of the living he gets himself into more trouble. After Juno leaves they decide to call him even though she told them not too. I don't blame them cause if someone tells you not to do something you instantly want to do it. They call him and that's when the party starts, he doesn't listen to anyone but himself and he does everything his way. Things start going bad so they end up trying to get rid of Beetlejuice even though their the ones who called him in the first place.
I don't know what the problem is, I think he'll be a blast to hang out with lol He's stubborn, unpredictable, and dangerous. I smell a new boyfriend! My favorite part of this movie is the dinner scene when their all dancing to the song Day O it's awesome. The music in this movie is so good and catchy but then again all the music from Danny Elfman is amazing. Tim Burton did a great job in directing this movie cause it's such a classic. He needs to stick to directing new movies and not remaking old movies like Alice In Wonderland and Charlie And The Chocolate Factory cause he has a nack for remaking classic movies and making it shitty. I hated Charlie And The Chocolate Factory cause I grew up watching and loving the original and I was disappointed with Alice In Wonderland cause I had high expectations of this movie and BOO. If they remake Beetlejuice I think I just might lose it cause they remade all of my favorite movies (Friday The 13Th, A Nightmare On Elm Street, Halloween) and they we're lucky I liked the remakes but seriously if they remake this movie and it sucks I might just hurt someone so watch out :D I give this movie 5 out of 5 Skulls.

Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice, Beetlejuice!! Damn, nothing happened!
