I've always been a fan of Huge Hefner's Girls Next Door. It's very entertaining watching Holly, Bridgett and Kendra prancing around. Back in either 2007 or 2008, they were talking about doing a horror movie. A director came over to the mansion and asked Bridgett if she wanted to be one of the executive producers. Since she's a lover of horror movies she jumped at the opportunity. She not only help produce the movie, she also stars in it, along with Holly. The movie didn't get a theatre release or even a straight to video, I think. Cause frankly, it's not that good. In fact, it sucked balls. Everyone in that movie did a crappy job at acting.
Seriously, my 7 year old niece can act better then those bimbos. The movie is a anthology. It's about 3 girls trying to join a very popular sorority that's based at the Playboy mansion. Holly plays the leader of the sorority, so the mega bitch. Part of the hazing, each girl has to tell a scary story. Whoever tells the best story will be awarded a spot in the sorority. The first story was about a guy bringing home a creepy doll and his girlfriend starts hearing it talk but can't prove it.
The doll ends up killing the girlfriend and the ex girlfriend of the guy and he gets blamed for the murders since no one is going to believe that a doll killed them. The 2nd story stars Bridgett playing an actress looking for one last part to play. She didn't care which part she got as long as the checked cleared. She meets up with the director and his crew to find out that they're zombies and want her to be part of the undead as well. She also has a dream sequence in that story and it was really stupid, they should of left it out. Onto the 3rd and final story. Three blondes come home from the theatre after finding out their movie was sold out.
To curb their appetite for entertainment they decided to prank call people. While they were doing that, they heard a murder go down on the other line. The killer retraces their number and finds where they live. I think we all know what happens next. They all die. All 3 stories are over and now it's time for Holly to make a decision at who gets to join the sorority. She chooses 2 other girls who had nothing to do with the movie until now. She explains to the 3 girls that the only reason she did this whole hazing thing was because the Head Master made a new rule in selecting their candidates. It all happened a year ago after one girl killed herself when she was denied a chance to join the sorority since she didn't meet Holly's expectations. One of the hazing girls brought cookies to the sorority so she could poison and kill the girls since she blames them for her sister's death.
Even though she killed herself cause Holly was really mean to her doesn't mean Holly killed her. Holly didn't force the pills and alcohol down her throat. I knew this movie was going to bomb cause it stars two Playboy girls who only know how to prance around naked being stupid. With that being said, I was surprised at myself at how shocked I was realizing this movie sucked. The stories were stupid, the girls were stupid. Every single person in that movie sucked at acting. Pretty much all the sorority girls were playmates since this was Playboy's attempt in making more money. They knew people would watch it since it was based at the mansion staring two of his girlfriends along with other playmates. It was a sad attempt at a horror movie and it failed miserably. The guy who directed this movie probably won't do anymore movie projects. I respect the concept the movie had even though it could of been done a lot better.
The music was pretty decent but that is the only thing this movie had going for it, that and playmates. Let's face it, Sex sells. This movie was stupidly entertaining and not even horror enough to be classified as a horror movie. At least not one that will get any recognition in the horror community. I give this movie 1 1/2 out of 5 skulls.
