Oozing Thoughts of a A.D.H.D./ O.C.D. Mind Pt 6!

1: Every time I'm suffering from Writers Block I always do a "Oozing Thoughts" post.

2: February 2nd would of been 1 month since I had a soda, I lasted only 2 weeks. :/ Anyone who knows me knows how hard it is for me to give up coke since I'm super addicted to it. It's a yummy addiction. ;)

3: My birthday is in 3 weeks. I'm still trying to decide whether I should be excited or annoyed. Bad things happened on my birthday in 2010 and 2011 so I'm still on the fence about it. I think this year will be different and it will actually be a good one. I have a huge group of friends going to a night club in Salt Lake City called The Hotel & Club Elevate. I'm excited for that because it's a fun club and I'm ready to dance my booty off.

4: I've given up on trying to move to Hollywood. I gave it a lot of thought and realized that it's not what I want in life.

5: I still want my horror blog to be more popular in the horror industry, I just don't want to have to move to Hollywood in order for that to happen.

6: I finally made the decision to go back to school. I'll be majoring in Psychology and minoring in Child Development. I would like to be a Child Counselor and Activist working with children and young girls who've been sexually abused and raped. Finding the right school is a whole other issue.

7: The past couple of days I've been amping myself on Red Bull right before I went to bed. Trying to sleep while you're wired gives you the Wah Wahs. They're like the spins when you're drunk. Yes, I made up the name for it.

8: Tim Tebow's book "Through My Eyes" is amazing! (Yes, I am obsessed) I bought it because it's about Tebow but I fell in love with it because it's one of the best biographies you will ever read. No, I'm not just saying that because it's about Tim Tebow. Reading about his life and how he got to where he is now is really fascinating. I highly suggest it because it's really good. It's really amazing reading about why he's the way he is and how he became the type of person he is.

9: You Spin Me Right Round Like A Record by Dead or Alive is my all time favorite 80's song.

10: The longest I ever slept was 15 hours. I take my hearing aides out when I sleep and without my hearing aides I can't hear a thing.(obviously) When I sleep I go into a deep sleep since I can't hear anything, because of that I can sleep for 2 days.

11: I laugh at all the Preachers who claim the end of the world is coming and the Rapture is near, they also inform everyone when that so called day is going to happen. What makes me giggle about this whole thing is the fact that the Bible says no one will know the time or day when the Judgement Day is going to be. You would think that all those Preachers would know that since they claim they read the Bible. Guess not.

12: Do you know that I've seen every single episode of The Golden Girls over a thousand times? Yeah, I have no life. I'm okay with that.

13: I've mentioned before in one of my posts that I've had 22 surgeries. I have to correct that statement. I went to my hearing doctor and he told me all the surgeries he's performed on my ears and we counted all the other surgeries I've had. After figuring all that out, I've had 16 surgeries. I don't know where I got 22, maybe wishful thinking.

14: Out of all my nieces and nephews I'm more connected to my nephew Noah. I seriously love my little man. He is the love of my life.

The Devil Inside Review

The Devil Inside left me feeling a little empty inside. Wasn't the best exorcism movie but it was a lot better then The Haunting Of Molly Hartley. I enjoyed most of the movie but I still think it should of had a lot more to it to make it more unique. It starts out with a description talking about Exorcisms then a 911 call appears on the screen. Maria Rossi tells the dispatcher that she killed 3 people at her house. She gets arrested and shipped off to a mental institution in Italy because she said she was possessed when she killed those people since they were performing an exorcism on her.

We're introduced to her daughter Isabella Rossi 20 years after the murder. Isabella tells the cameraman that she wants to visit her mother and try to help her and see if she really was possessed. She meets up with two other Priests in Italy after going to a class about exorcisms. They tell her the only way to help her deal with everything is to witness an actual exorcism. They go to a local woman's house to help her daughter. They head downstairs to find the girl's body all twisted and disjointed. They perform the exorcism and that's when things start to heat up.

Swear words flying out, blood spraying every where. The girl crawling up the wall and finally the Demon is out of her body. They go over the tape of the exorcism once they get home. They're listening to the audio and they hear multiple voices coming out of the girl when she spoke. The Priest explains to Isabella that she was possessed by several Demons at once. He also tells her they're known for transferring from one body to another. She visits her mom with the Priests and finds out that she really was possessed and still is. They perform an exorcism on Isabella's mother and after a long fight the Demon leaves her body and the movie continues with the Demon going through every one's body.

It ends with the Demon in Isabella and the Priest and Cameraman are driving back home from the hospital. Isabella wakes up and starts freaking out. She grabs at the Cameraman's face and he gets possessed and swerves the car to get in an accident. The screen goes black then writing appears on the screen saying that the Rossi case hasn't been solved and if you know anything, go to the website they provided. The movie is over and everyone in the theatre is pissed. I don't like how it ended because it left too many cliff hangers.

It shouldn't of ended the way it did and have that many cliff hangers if it's not going to have a sequel. The Last Exorcism is even going to have a sequel when there's no need for it. Hey, you never know, they could make a sequel. It's still early. I liked the flow of the movie of The Last Exorcism a lot better but I did like the exorcisms more in The Devil Inside. I liked the movie but I think they could of done a lot better. In my opinion, I think they're going overboard on all the exorcism movies. They're not a bad idea for a horror movie but having one or more coming out every year is becoming over kill. It's like the Paranormal Activity movies. The first one was dumb and boring, they didn't need to make a sequel or a third one for that matter. What did you guy's think of The Devil Inside, good? bad? Are you sick of Exorcism movies??

It's MY blog!

A few days ago I got a comment on the post I made about Tim Tebow. Because the guy didn't agree with the post, he decided to rip me to shreds and was the biggest jerk to me. I'm not going to say who it was since a lot of my readers read his blog, I also deleted his comment. I tried to reply to his comment calmly and nicely since I enjoyed reading his blog and I liked him as a friend. That didn't do anything, he continued to trash me and Tebow, calling me a single minded, ignorant person living off in La La land worshiping an invisible man in the sky. If I want to worship an invisible man in the sky then that's my prerogative. Because of his second reply I said screw it and the inner bitch came out and I let him have it. Don't mess with a girl who has an Irish temper.

I threw back in his face everything he brought up to me and then some. He said the only reason I made that post was because I was annoyed that someone was making fun of Tebow and it annoyed him that I was sticking up for him and denigrating Bill Maher at the same time. Hmmm.. so apparently it's only okay for him to stick up for something but when I do it I'm considered ignorant and single minded. Also he has every right to denigrate me but I can't call Bill Maher a douche bag since he has a different opinion then me and his opinion is the right one. He didn't like the fact that I get upset when someone voices their opinion in a mean way and says no one has to be nice because I said so.

First off, I never once said people HAD to be nice when they voiced their opinion because I said so. I said I THINK they should which is a big difference. Second, you can voice your opinion in a nice way, it's not hard. That's why a lot of people get in huge fights when they're in a debate cause everyone thinks the only way to get your point across is to be a dick. Because of that little argument we had through email, I felt the need to make this post. This is MY blog so I have the right to post about anything I choose. If you don't like what I talk about then don't read my blog.

I appreciate everyone who reads and follows my blog and I do love reading your comments. If I make a post about how much I love a movie and you comment and say you didn't and why, that is totally fine. I respect every one's opinion and I love hearing why it wasn't your favorite. I am however not going to tolerate someone making a mean comment trashing me for my opinion on MY post on MY blog. You don't like how I'm obsessed with Tim Tebow and want to post about it, then unfollow me and go on your merry way. My intention for voicing my opinion in my posts is not to offend or hurt any one's feelings. If I say something that ended up offending anyone please email me and let me know. Just say "Hey Jenny, you said something in your post that offended me and made me upset." I would then apologize repeatedly letting you know I never intended for that.

I am totally fine with someone telling me that or voicing their opinion against mine as long as they're not mean to me about it. I don't voice my opinion in a mean way or treat other people badly because their opinion is different then mine which is why I get so upset when people do it to me. It all comes down to the fact that this is MY blog, I don't go around trashing other people on their blogs cause of their opinions so please don't do it to me. When I say that this is my blog just think of Gollum in The Lord of the Rings saying "My Precious!"

I don't get anyone emailing me telling me that I offended them cause I don't post
anything offensive, but if you do get offended over something I said I will still apologize to you cause I wasn't trying to offend anyone. I will leave you with this music video from Britney Spears titled My Prerogative, enjoy. ;)

Sing Me A Lullaby

I've talked a lot about music and how it affects people's lives. Some people don't realize how important music is to someone. I love it, there's not a day that goes by that I'm not listening to music. Since I'm a music junkie, it was very hard to narrow down all the songs to find my all time favorite. I've settled with two songs that were a close tie. Besides Rock, my favorite type of music is 80's love songs. With that, my first favorite song is Heaven Is A Place On Earth by Belinda Carlisle. That song has such a great message. The world would be a much better place if it was exactly like Heaven. One of my favorite lines from the song is "Baby I was afraid before but I'm not afraid anymore." Over the past couple of years I've had things happen that made me bitter and angry with the world.

Because of that, I was scared of doing social things with people. Going out in public or being in a small space with a lot of people and the exits hard to get to would give me anxiety. That wasn't the way I wanted to live my life, I didn't want to live it in fear. I told myself what happened happened, nothing I can do about it. I could let it beat me or overcome it. Your past shapes you into the type of person you are today. I've become a stronger and better person and I'm not afraid anymore.

In Heaven love comes first so we'll make Heaven a place on Earth. My second favorite song, I've mentioned on here before is My Chemical Romance's Famous Last Words. No one is a mind reader, they won't know how you're feeling if you don't tell them. For the longest time I have been hurting inside but no one knew. I put up a smiley, happy front because I didn't want anymore to see that side of me. Even though I'm smiling on the outside I was in pain on the inside. When I tried to explain how I was feeling no one got it cause all they could see is this "smiley happy" girl. The verse in the song "Is it hard understanding I'm incomplete?" fit perfectly in that situation. Also, "I am not afraid to keep on living, I am not afraid to walk this world alone." verse hits close to home.

There is one thing I have always took pride in myself was the fact that I was never suicidal. I thought, what was the point of that. I have goals and dreams I wanted to accomplish in my life but you can't do that if you're dead. If no one wants to back me up with the things I want to do and they won't support me, I will do it myself. I will walk this world alone cause I know what I want in life and I'm not afraid to go after it. You see, we all have favorite songs for different reasons. There's just that one song that hits us the hardest and makes the most impact in our lives. I want to know what every one's favorite song is that inspires you the most.

Dead Hooker In A Trunk!!

A couple of days ago I got a email from a woman who's working with IndustryWorks a production/distribution company based out of Vancouver Canada. The site promotes horror movies including Dead Hooker in a Trunk, written and directed by the Soska Sisters @twisted twins productions. She came across my site and wanted to get in contact with me. I have been asked to review the movie Dead Hooker in a Trunk. The thought of this makes me so happy. This is what I wanted to do with my horror blog and I'm finally getting the chance. Jen and Sylvia are a couple of B.A.B.S. Bad Ass Bitches. Dead Hooker was hardcore, for having no budget on this film they did a pretty good job.

The movie is about two twin sisters living on their own. The older sister is a straight up bad ass and her younger sister is more on the reserved side but you can totally tell she has a wild side to her. They meet up with two of their friends, a girl who is a junkie and a religious school boy who can snap at anytime. They head out to their car to find a dead hooker in their trunk. This starts their glorious gory journey of finding the killer and trying to dispose of the body. I don't know why no one likes to drive around with a dead body in their car. I do it all the time, you get use to it. ;) To be honest, I wasn't sure if I was going to like this movie. I was however pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed it. It doesn't have to be a box office sensation to be good. After watching this movie I'm excited for American Mary to come out!

If you haven't seen Dead Hooker yet then I highly suggest that you scope out this movie. Jen & Sylvia have a bright future ahead of themselves as writers, directors and actresses. They definitely know their horror which helps them bring the kind of horror to the table that every genre fan hopes and dreams for.
