Character Tuesdays! Beetle juice

Beetle juice, an obnoxious, perverted and chaotic "bio-exorcist" who carries a grotesque physical appearance. The character is a mystery; his age and even how he came to die remain unknown, but he refers to having lived through the Black plague and has seen The Exorcist 167 times. He is known for causing mischief and taking a problem and making it worse. Being trapped in the afterlife trying to get out would make anyone go crazy. One day he's looking through the newspaper and comes across the article of Adam and Barbra Maitland's death. Chiming into his mischievous ways he comes up with his idea of trying to get out and into the "real" world. He starts leaving hints to the Maitlands to call him for help but they are warned to stay away from him. They ignore the warnings and decide to have him help get the Dietz out of their house. With him the only way he can be brought back is saying his name three times.

After meeting him in the cemetery they realize that it wasn't the best idea to have him help them. They try staying away from him but the guy just wont take no for a answer. He sneaks himself out and turning into a snake and letting the Dietz know what his motives are. He tells the Maitlands that they made a deal so he's going to get the Dietz out of the house his way. He tricks Lydia into saying his name and bringing him out into the real world since the Maitlands wouldn't use his help anymore. Lydia brings him out and that's when all Hell breaks loose. They try to put him back into the afterlife but that doesn't go as well as they thought. Finally Barbra uses the sand worm from Saturn to bring him back. What I don't get is why don't they just listen to what he has to say? You never know it might actually be useful. I don't know about all of you but if I had the chance to be with Beetle juice I would totally take that chance. He's crazy, unpredictable and dangerous. Hmmmmm... I smell a new boyfriend!!

All he wanted to do is make a new life for himself but no one would let him do that. Yeah he may be a rebel and live on the wild side of life but hey that's what makes life more entertaining. All I'm saying is before you judge someone take the time to see what they have to offer cause you never know they might surprise you. After all he is the ghost with the most. :)

Music Mondays: Marilyn Manson's "Heart Shaped Glasses"

I've always liked Marilyn Manson, his style his music, his way of life. When people hear Marilyn Manson they're instantly turned off thinking he's evil and a devil worshiper. You know people just need to calm down and not be so quick to judge. Just cause he looks a certain way doesn't mean he's bad. I've listened to his songs and they're not bad. Everyone thinks they're going to be so bad cause of the way he looks and acts but they're not. Yes his Cd's do have a parental advisory sticker on them but that's mainly because he says the F word in his songs big whoop! It's not like we don't hear the F word all the time in the real world. Any who now onto the good stuff.

Brian Hugh Warner (born January 5, 1969), better known by his stage name Marilyn Manson, is an American musician and artist known for his controversial stage persona and image as the lead singer of the eponymous band, Marilyn Manson. His stage name was formed from juxtaposing the names of two 1960s American cultural icons, namely, actress Marilyn Monroe and convicted multiple murder mastermind Charles Manson as a critical and, simultaneously, laudatory appraisal of America and its peculiar culture. He has a long legacy of being depicted in the media as a detrimental influence on young people. The seemingly outrageous styles for which he models and the controversy surrounding his lyrics have led to his very pronounced public appeal.

He was born in Canton, Ohio, the only child of Barb (née Wyer) and Hugh Warner. Manson is of German descent on his father's side, and is a fourth cousin twice removed of Conservative commentator Pat Buchanan. In his autobiography The Long Hard Road Out of Hell he detailed his grandfather's sexual fetishes (including bestiality and sadomasochism) influence to the forming of Marilyn Manson and the Spooky Kids. The environment in his childhood made him vulnerable to further abuse and he was molested several times by a neighbor. The trauma put him on a path of rebellion.

As a child, he attended his mother's Episcopalian church, though his father was Catholic. Warner attended Heritage Christian School from first grade to tenth grade. He later transferred to Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Manson graduated from high school in 1987, and became a student at Broward Community College in 1990. He was working towards a degree in journalism and gaining experience in the field by writing music articles for a South Florida lifestyle magazine, 25Th Parallel. He would soon meet several of the musicians to whom his own band would later be compared, including My Life With the Thrill Kill Kult and Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails.

Manson formed Marilyn Manson & the Spooky Kids in Florida in 1989 (the name was shortened to Marilyn Manson in 1992). While with The Spooky Kids, he was involved with Jeordie White (also known as Twiggy Ramirez) and Stephen Gregory Bier Jr. (also known as Madonna Wayne Gacy) in two side-projects: Satan on Fire, a faux-Christian metal ensemble where he played bass guitar, and drums in Mrs. Scabtree, a collaborative band formed with White and then girlfriend Jessica (vocalist with the band Jack Off Jill) as a way to combat contractual agreements that prohibited Marilyn Manson from playing in certain clubs. In the summer of 1993, the band drew the attention of Trent Reznor. Reznor produced their 1994 debut album, Portrait of an American Family and released it on his Nothing Records label. The band began to develop a cult following, which grew larger with the release of Smells Like Children in 1995. That EP yielded the band's first big MTV hit with "Sweet Dreams (Are Made Of This)," a cover of the 1983 Eurythmics hit. Antichrist Superstar (co-produced by Trent Reznor) was an even greater success.

He later went on to release his Cd Eat me Drink me with his single "Heart Shaped Glasses" that he wrote for his then girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood. Manson even had Evan be in the music video for the song which made her the highest paid actress in a music video.

Oozing Thoughts Of A A.D.H.D./ O.C.D. Mind Pt. 3:

* I saw My Chemical Romance in concert on Friday and I had so much fun. I swear no one will ever know just how much this band means to me. They are my boys and I love them so much. Even though I hang out at rock concerts a lot I can only handle the most pit for about 15 Min's. I've had surgery on my feet so they're really sensitive they always get stomped on which is why I always have to get out of the pit. I'm not as hardcore as I look or seem.

* I haven't seen any of the SCREAM movies but I am looking forward to SCREAM 4.

* I hate grocery shoppers. Grocery shoppers are stupid.

* In Utah it snows in April and the end of May. Utah is also known for snowing in June and people wonder why I hate this state so much. I love the heat not the cold.

* Every Thursday I go to a club called Area 51 for 80's night. Everyone dresses up and they play 80's music, it's super fun.

* Like I've mentioned before I'm having a hard time keeping up with blogging so if anyone knows of ways to kick the writers block and have topics to blog about let me know.

* What the hell happened to Pete at Deadly Serious?!?!?

* One of the baggers at my work said my evil glares scare him. It better, I've worked hard on that glare. :D

* I really didn't like the first Evil Dead movie, I thought it was boring. I know I'm going to get a lot of hell for that.

* Every time I walk past a painting of a person I always feel like they're following me.

* I'm in the middle of writing a short story titled "The Morgue" and a novel called "The Grim Reaper." When I'm done writing them I'm going to try to get them published since that's my goal.

* My dream is to host the SCREAM Awards.

* I am determined to go to a horror convention in the next year or so, I hate being poor.

My other goal is to get my blogging mojo back since the lack of updates is really starting to annoy me. Some times I wish it was October cause you can find more things to blog about during that month. Fear not my little demons I will get my blogging mojo back even if it kills me so keep you're eyes open cause you will start to see posts more often. :))

Burn baby burn!

I suck at blogging, yes we all know that. Hopefully everything will change and I can get back to my old blog like crazy self. As most of you know and to my new followers (Heeeyy new followers!) my ex boyfriend is a major jack ass who I like to punch in the face, he was trying to get with me while he was dating some other girl and he stole over $180.00 from me. We were talking about getting back together a few days ago (yeah I know I was being a dumb ass) so I told him to call me and we could talk about everything that has happened between us but the bastard kept putting it off to call me and he ALWAYS had an excuse for all the times he never called. After him telling me he couldn't call for the 5Th time, I told him if he doesn't call me this night which was yesterday then don't bother calling at all cause I'm done with this. Well did he actually call you ask? No but he did text me claiming that his phone was broken and he was only able to hear the people and they couldn't hear him. So we tried to have our conversation through text and that didn't go so well, go figure. To make a long and annoying story short he's a douche bag and I'm not getting back with him and I'm never going to talk to him ever again and he could burn in the lake of fire for all I care. The reason why I'm bringing this sappy story up again is because it brings up a song and a music video that I wanted to post about. One of my favorite bands is Papa Roach and one of their songs called "Burn" really stuck out to me after everything that has happened with the douche bag ex, I swear this song seriously reminded me of him. The verse that stuck out the most is

"I didn't know you were a fake, every lie straight to my face, so blind I could not see right behind my back you stabbed me. Should've known you were a bitch shut up you're making me sick little man you're nothing like me, lying cheating so deceiving. I trusted you, broke me down and you screwed me over. Don't try to deny it ...you cannot hide it, I'll be ignited when I get to watch you burn!"

I was laying in bed listening to this song and right when I heard that verse I jumped up with a big smile on my face and giggling because I want nothing more then to watch him burn and to hurt as much as he hurt me. This is why I love music, they say everything that you feel and the music videos show everything that you want to do to that person who wronged you without going to jail :) Last time when I was having problems with him the song that fit the mood was Christina Perri's "Jar of Hearts" now it's Papa Roach's "Burn." I love Papa Roach, they speak to my heart. I'm sorry to bringing you all into my stupid drama but I just needed to vent and I needed to make a post and I LOVE this music video so win win lol.
